1. Who we are and what this covers

These terms are the contract between you and Elias Holloway (GoPokerPro), Lascygasse 6/1/1, 1170 Vienna, Austria (support@gopokerpro.com, +43 677 61582703). They cover the free preflop report, the Pro membership, Elite coaching, the courses and the group coaching on gopokerpro.com.

2. Who can use GoPokerPro

You must be 18 or older. Your account is for you alone.
GoPokerPro provides poker education only: hand-history analysis, video lessons and coaching. We offer no gambling, no real-money games and no deposits, and we are not affiliated with any poker room or gambling operator. Play only where online poker is legal for you.
We don’t promise winnings, a win rate or any result. The results on our site are real results from individual students; yours will vary. Poker carries the risk of losing money.
The text of a report is written by AI; its numbers come from our own software.

3. The free preflop report

A preflop review of your own hands, plus one intro lesson. One free report per person. Your report stays in your account; further reports come with Pro.
You sign up with your first name and email, or with Google, and confirm your email. Then upload your hand histories within one month.
Which hands count: No-Limit Hold’em cash-game hands with 3 to 6 players dealt in. Heads-up hands, hands with 7 or more players dealt in and hands with antes (bomb pots included) don’t count. Hands you send twice count once.
You need at least 25,000 counted hands. With fewer, no report runs and your free report is not used up: upload more hands within the month and it runs.
The free report is a free, voluntary offer, limited to 50 reports in total. There is no legal claim to it or to any other free service, and we may end the free offer at any time.
It comes with our emails. You can unsubscribe at any time with one click; your report stays.

4. The bet: no preflop leak, first month free

If your free preflop report finds no preflop leak, and you sent at least 100,000 counted hands (section 3), your first month of Pro is free (€0 instead of the first-month price).

Claim it by email to support@gopokerpro.com within 30 days after your free report arrives.
After the free month, Pro continues at the monthly price of the offer that runs when you join: €99 a month during the introductory offer (section 5), otherwise €149 a month.
We email you at least 7 days before your free month ends, with the date and the price of your first payment. Cancel before then and you pay nothing.

5. Pro membership

What you get: a full review of your database every month; 2 course credits a month (the courses you unlock stay unlocked, also after you cancel); live group coaching twice a week on Discord, recorded for members. The plan page and the checkout show what is included when you buy; that is what you agree to.
Price: €499 for the first month, then €149 a month.
Introductory offer: if you join Pro from the website’s launch until 14 November 2026, 23:59 Vienna time, you pay €299 for the first month, then €99 a month for as long as your membership runs. If you cancel and join again later, the price that applies then is charged.
Prices are in euros. No VAT is charged.

6. Elite coaching

6 months of Pro, plus six 1:1 sessions of 60 minutes with Elias and 20 course credits on day one. €3,990 for the 6 months.
Elite is sold after a personal call, by invoice, and paid in full by bank transfer before it starts. It runs for 6 months from the day the payment arrives and ends by itself.

7. Billing and cancelling Pro

Pro is paid in advance by card (Stripe) or PayPal: the first-month price on the day you join, then the monthly price on the same day each month. If a payment fails, the membership pauses until it goes through.
Cancel at any time, with no minimum term: in your account, or by email to support@gopokerpro.com. Your membership runs to the end of the month you have paid for, and no further payment is taken. A month already started is not refunded, except under sections 8 and 9.

8. Refund policy

A review is personalised digital content, made for you from your own hands. Once your membership has started, we don’t refund payments, with one exception:
No leak found? Full refund. If the first full review of your Pro membership finds no leak, and you sent at least 100,000 counted hands (section 3), we refund your first payment in full. Write to support@gopokerpro.com within 14 days after the review appears in your account. We pay it back to the payment method you used, within 14 days. The refund ends the membership.

9. Your 14-day right of withdrawal

As a consumer, you may withdraw from a paid contract within 14 days after it is made, without giving a reason. Tell us by email or letter (address above); you may use the form below. We refund all your payments within 14 days, by the payment method you used.
The waiver box (required): you can only buy Pro if you tick “I want my membership to start now. I understand that I lose my 14-day right of withdrawal once it starts.” Your right of withdrawal then ends when your membership starts. We confirm this by email.

10. Your uploads

Upload only hand histories of your own play, from your own poker accounts. Your hands stay yours. You allow us to store and analyse them to give you our services, and we do not publish them. We may refuse or delete files that are not hand histories.

11. Liability

We are fully liable for damage caused on purpose or by gross negligence, and for personal injury. We are not liable for slight negligence, for money lost at the tables, or for services we do not run (Discord, poker rooms, payment providers). Your statutory warranty rights stay untouched.

12. Law

Austrian law applies. As a consumer, you keep the mandatory protection of the law where you live, and you can bring a claim in the courts where you live.
